Campus Farm Shares Produce with Community
Usually, a glut of produce is a great thing when you run a farm… but during COVID, the farm at our Eden Hall Campus had a problem. With so many students, faculty, and staff staying safely inside this summer, how could they enjoy the bounty of the farm without food waste? The EHC farm team innovated, sharing their bumper crops with the surrounding community at a pay-what-you-can farm stand.
