James Snow, MSUS ’14, Featured in Pittsburgh Magazine’s 40 Under 40
Chatham University alumnus James Snow, MSUS ’14, was named among Pittsburgh Magazine’s 40 Under 40 Honorees this week.
Snow is the vice president and chief administrative officer of Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy. He’s a graduate of Chatham’s Master of Sustainability program.
His past accolades include being named one of Pittsburgh’s “30 Under 30” by the Pittsburgh Business Times in 2018, as well as one of Pittsburgh's "50 Finest" by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Western Pennsylvania in 2017.
He was profiled by Pulse in 2020. “The [Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy] is one of the best and biggest environmental nonprofits in town,” he said then. “I really found an opportunity to make more of a difference and grow professionally and personally.”
Also featured on the list was Chris Galarza, co-founder of EcoChef, with whom Chatham partnered earlier this year to launch a first-of-its-kind certification program for sustainable commercial kitchens.
