Keratiloe Mogotsi Appointed Associate Dean of School of Business & Enterprise

Chatham University is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Keratiloe Mogotsi to associate dean of the School of Business & Enterprise, effective July 1, 2025.

Dr. Mogotsi is an accomplished scholar and leader internationally recognized for her expertise in strategic social impact, sustainable development, social innovation, and community empowerment. Her recent accolades include the Ruth Green Best Paper Award, Female Academic Leaders Fellowship Awards, and the Spirit and Diversity Award from the Association for Research on Nonprofit Organizations and Voluntary Action (ARNOVA). 

As a newcomer to Pittsburgh, Dr. Mogotsi brings a wealth of experience in executive education, consulting, and applied research to her new role. She currently serves as the academic advisor of record for the Master of Business Administration program and as president of the Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society, which honors graduate and undergraduate academic excellence in business, management, and administration. Dr. Mogotsi has led the Pennsylvania Center for Women in Politics’ Social Action Project since 2024.

Dr. Mogotsi holds a bachelor of commerce honors, a bachelor of arts honors, a Master of Commerce, and Ph.D. from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. She is certified as a LEAN Six Sigma Coach, Project Management Professional (PMP), and holds a Harvard Teaching Certificate.
