CRAFT’s “Share the Harvest” Features Talks With Farmers, Recipe Preparation, and More

The Center for Regional Agriculture and Food Transformation (CRAFT) at Chatham University in September will host “Share the Harvest,” a series of workshops featuring demonstrations from local farmers, recipe preparation, and more.

The program will be held Sunday, September 14, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Chatham’s Eden Hall Farm in Richland Township, PA.

Programming includes:

  • A talk and demonstration focused on farming and preparing rabbits from Charissa Ruth of Syggelekokle Farm

  • Tips for hosting an Italian dinner party, hosted by Jen Saffron of Sprezzatura

  • A worm composting workshop where participants assemble their own worm bins to take home
